So I spent the long weekend in August in Durbs to do a bunch of wedding things. Lucky me, I got to spend an awesome weekend with my mate Charlene in her's and new husband Julian's new home! What a great place, a great view (even a distant ocean view) and two really cool additions to their new family - Joe, the big shaggy hound with a heart of gold & Dora, the minature explorer - the cutest little sausage dog on earth! (sorry Toffy)
Charlene played taxi driver and showed me some interesting shops - & I thought JHB had it all...
Saturday morning was spent doing hair & make up trials; Sunday was a decor set up at the venue; and Monday was the first dress fitting with Leigh Schubert.
What a whirlwind and so exciting! Charlene was the perfect bridesmaid that weekend, thanks for your time bud!
I am dying to show Sven the pics - as we all know I battle to keep anything from him, anyways I will hold out because as of today there are only 3 & a bit months to go.... Holy moly...
I am looking forward to seeing all of you that weekend, it is going to be one for the history books!
